The Linus^® Smart Lock is nominated for stage 2 in the UX Design Awards

After securing two separate design awards in the prestigious Red Dot Awards earlier this year, our Linus^® Smart Lock was recognized for its exceptional design quality once again by getting through to the 2nd stage of the competition.

Organized on behalf of the International Design Centre in Berlin, the UX Design Awards are a global competition aiming to highlight products that improve everyday lives by offering  outstanding user and customer experience. Selected as one of the top 55 entries in the Product Category, Linus^® got through to the 2nd out of the 3 competition stages and was recognized for its modern, sleek design as well as overall functionality and ease of use.

Linus^® competed against hundreds of submissions from 34 countries, with entries coming from various areas of application, such as health and care, mobility, communications, finance and technology. The jury, compromised of experts in the fields of design, user-experience and innovation, were assigned to pick from products, services, environments, prototypes and concepts as well as future-oriented visions entered into the competition, before settling down on the best submissions.

We’re delighted with our success so far and looking forward to stage 3, when the jury will select the Award winners. The nominated and awarded solutions will be presented to the public in an online exhibition. The winners will also be honored during a virtual award ceremony later this year - we’re keeping our fingers crossed for Linus^®!
