What Application should I use with the Yale Luna Pro+?
Download the Yale App from the App Store or Google Play depending on your device.
Yale Home is the application to use on your Smartphone. The app is available on the Apple App Store or Google Play.

How do I Factory Reset Yale Luna Pro +?
- Press and push upward to remove the battery cover.
- Remove the battery from the battery compartment. (Yale Luna Pro+ is using lithium battery, Yale Luna Pro is using 8x AA alkaline batteries)
- Use a tool to press and hold the [RST] button until the completion of step 5.
- Reinstall the battery.
- Release the [RST] button when you hear "Completed" (around 3 seconds after the battery is installed).
- Factory reset is now complete.
How do I install a network module?
- Remove battery cover from main body and all batteries
- Install the module into HCP module slot
- Reinstall the batteries
- Register the newly installed module following the steps below

How do I operate the lock from outside in-case the battery is drained?
You can either use the mechanical key or else you can use an external USB-C power supply to operate the lock. The emergency power supply port is found below the lock body
How to operate the lock if the keypad is unresponsive?
Press the reset button below the lock body with a pin.
What is Verified Access / Secure Remote Access?
With the verified cccess / secure remote access lock feature, you have the option to add an extra layer of security by accquiring your phone's biometric/passcode authentication to operate your Yale Lock.
What is the effective distance from the lock for the sensor to operate?
Effective recognition height: 120 - 190 cm
Effective recognition distance: 40 - 100 cm
What is the expected battery life and charging time of the battery?
Expected battery life: 6-8 months.
Charging time: 6-8 hours using a 5V 2A USB-C charger.
What is the operating temperature of the lock?
The temperature ranges from -25° C to 70° C
What happens when someone tries to break the lock?
A Tamper alarm will be activated if someone tries to forcefully detach the front body.
When is an Intrusion Alarm activated?
An intrusion alarm will be triggered if the edge bolt pops out when the door is closed and locked.
What is the compatible door size?
The Thickness of the door should range between 40 mm – 90 mm.
How will I be notified if the battery level is low?
When the product is at the low battery power level, system will trigger a "low battery " voice reminder with the power-saving mode activated. The system will trigger the "low battery" voice reminder for every subsequent unlocking operation. The status indicator bar turns red. Under low battery power, the product can continue to work for 50 times. Please take immediate action to replace the battery.
Will the lock directly connects to Yale Home App?
No. Access modules need to be installed and configured in order to connect the lock to the app.
