Can my existing Linus L2 use Matter?
To use your Linus L2 with matter, the firmware on your Smart Lock must be 2.0.20 or above and Yale Home App firmware version 2024.11.0 or above.
Will I still need a smart hub or a Yale Wi-Fi Connect Bridge?
The only bridge or hub you will require is from the partner integration, If you are connecting your Linus L2 to a Matter partner integration you must use the Linus L2's inbuilt Wi-Fi.
Could I use Matter to control my device remotely?
Once your Linus L2 is connected to your preferred Smart Home App (Alexa, Google Home etc) you can lock and unlock your Linus L2, and check lock status or battery state.
