Yale Safe and Yale Accessories Warranty

Terms & Conditions

1. Our warranty is applicable in Republic of Singapore only.

2. Yale Safe and Yale Accessories (e.g. Remote control, Module, RFID Card/ Sticker, Door viewer, etc.) is twelve (12) months warranty from the date of purchase (Carry in Warranty)

3. ASSA ABLOY Singapore will provide basic repair and /or parts replacement service without charge during the warranty period subjected to the following limitations and exclusion:

Malfunctions or damage resulting natural disaster, fires, civil unrest and/or accidents.
Defects cause by misuse, physical damage, abnormal operation or handling, negligence and/or any unauthorized tampering/alterations/repairs by any other than ASSA ABLOY Singapore.
Battery leakage (even when the original battery is being used).

4. All exchanges must be brought to our office together with the original receipt. If required, a labour fee of S$45.00 applies for safe delivery, or S$80.00 for on-site service (applicable for small safes, remote controls, modules, RFID cards/stickers, door viewers, etc.).

5. ASSA ABLOY Singapore will not be responsible for any loss of property due to malfunctions or defects of the product.
