    Open the Device Details using settings button in the top right of the live feed, then open the Notifications screen. You can then enable or disable Device Offline notifications.

    Tap the groups button on the My Device screen, you can then add, edit, or delete camera groups.

    Tap on the Group Name at the top of the screen, then tap the Play button to the right of the group name.

    Open the Device Details using settings button in the top right of the live feed, then open the Arm Setting screen. From here you can enable and disable Motion Detection, edit the motion detection schedule, change the motion sensitivity, and set the motion detection region.

    Open the Device Details using settings button in the top right of the live feed, then open the Local Storage Setting screen. To enable loop recording turn on General Record Storage and set the Recording Schedule. You can also set the camera to record in High Definition, or Low Definition to save space.

     

     

     

     

     

  • Once the storage is full the camera will record over the oldest clips.

  • On the live feed screen tap View history record, then tap the burger menu icon to see a scrollable list of the clips from each day.

  • Open the Device Details using settings button in the top right of the live feed, then open the More screen. From here you can toggle the Camera Image Flip setting.

    Open the Device Details using settings button in the top right of the live feed, then open the More screen. From here you can open the Time Zone settings and the Date Format.

     

     

     

     

     

  • Tap the Me tab at the bottom of the screen, then go to My Device. From here you can tap on your DVR to open the Device Details.

  • Tap the Me tab at the bottom of the screen, then go to Tool. From here you can tap on Wi-Fi Detection Tool which will take you through the process of checking the network.

  • Tap the Me tab at the bottom of the screen, then go to Settings, then Account and Security. From here you can tap on Delete Device to remove any device that has been offline for more the 5 minutes.

  • Tap the Me tab at the bottom of the screen, then go to Settings, then Account and Security. From here you can tap on Delete Account to be guided through the process to delete your account.
