Seamless entry, a true smart keyless experience.
The new Yale Unity Security Door Lock is set to be a game changer in the Australian market. An extension of the Yale Unity range that was launched last year, the Yale Unity Security Screen Door Lock is available now.
Building on the great features introduced with our Yale Unity Entrance Lock, the Security Screen Door Lock further expands our Smart Home offer. Homeowners will be able to grant access to different users, enable access at different times of the day, and also allocate an entry code (PIN) specific to a guest.
“I am really excited about this product. Not only because it fits perfectly on narrow backset Australian security screen doors, but it also comes with a range of features.”
— ASSA ABLOY OPENING SOLUTIONS SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER - ERIC SINDEL
“Customers will also see that we have really pushed the limits of the size when considering what people are used to with a smart lock.”
There is no need for keys with the Yale Unity Security Door Lock, as it connects to the Yale Home App. Users can open a door using their mobile phone, key tag or voice control (via Google Assistant, Alexa or Siri).
“You can even provide others with access, share keys and codes with your friends, and add accessories such as touchless keypad.”
Featuring digital deadlocking, the Yale Unity Security Door Lock meets Australian standards AS4145.2.2008 SL6 & D7. This is a requirement for insurance companies and something that this lock achieves digitally. The secure mode is shown via LED indicators on the lock – green (unlocked), yellow (locked) and red (secured).
Realising the importance of a Security Screen Door in many Australian homes, this Lock will enable homeowners to comfortably leave their main entry door open in the warmer months. Knowing they can let fresh air through their homes, with the Yale Unity Security Door Lock keeping their homes safe.
