What you need to know?
We would like to share an important update regarding the future of the Yale View and Yale Smart Living Alarm ecosystems, including compatible products, accessories and mobile apps.
If you currently use Yale View or Yale Smart Living Alarm products, no immediate action is required. Your products will continue to function as normal and remain supported according to the timeline outlined below. This page explains what is changing, key support dates, products affected and upgrade options available through the Yale Home ecosystem.
What’s changing?
As our smart home portfolio continues to evolve, we have taken the decision not to introduce any new products for the Yale View app after 31 December 2026 and after 31 December 2027 for the Yale Alarm app.
Existing products will continue to be supported in line with the timeline below.
Some Yale View and Yale Smart Living Alarm products may remain available through Yale webshops and retail partners while stocks last. We also intend to continue supplying key accessories and replacement items for the foreseeable future, subject to availability.
We remain committed to supporting existing customers throughout this transition and will continue to provide updates as appropriate.
