Introducing the new Yale Home APP

The new intuitive Yale Home APP will launch to our customers today, 17 May 2023, and supports our vision to be the first-choice smart security company with a single-app user experience, providing our customers with the highest possible standard of technology and service. The new app will provide our customers with a more connected Yale ecosystem of smart devices, where they can control both existing Yale devices and all our exciting up and coming products.

New Users

If you have received your new Yale product in packaging that still mentions the Yale Access APP, you will need to download the Yale Home APP instead and create a new account.

Existing Users

For existing users there is no need to set-up new accounts, or set-up all your smart security products, once you are logged in, you should be good to go!

You will need to move your Yale Access account over to the Yale Home APP, as services from the Yale Access APP will cease to operate from 25th July 2023. 

We have made transferring accounts as simple as possible. Please follow the below steps:

1. Download the Yale Home APP from the Google or Apple Store.

2. New users: complete a new account set up
Existing users: Log into the Yale Home APP using your existing Yale Access log in details. There is no need to change your account or setup a new one. All your devices will be brought over to the new Yale Home APP. 

3. Once logged in, it is important that all users connected to your Yale lock download and switch to the Yale Home app at the same time to avoid access issues. 

4. If you have 3^rd party integrations setup, you will need to reconnect these through the Yale Home APP. For guidance on each integration setup visit the support section at yalehome.com/au.
