Please check whether you are using the correct manual for your keyless, there are two versions a keyless connected and non-connected, both of which function in slightly different ways. Therefore, using the incorrect manual for the model of keyless will cause processes not to function correctly.

Step 1: Wake up the keypad by touching it using the palm of your hand.

Please follow the steps below, once the primary code has been reset back to factory settings it will be automatically set to 123456, and all codes, Cards/Tags and Fobs will be deleted.
Step 1: Locate the battery pack above the nightlatch.
Step 2: Remove the cover.
Step 3: Then remove one battery only and press the R button.
Step 4: Continue to press the R button whilst inserting the battery back in. The lock will beep 12 times followed by a three-tone ascending beep. Wait for 10 seconds and a two-tone sound will be heard. The master code is now set to 123456, and all codes, Cards/Tags and Fobs are deleted.

If this is the case it is likely that the nightlatch requires a handing plate. This is because certain nightlatches can only be turned one way by the key. There is a handing plate which is included with the Keyless Connected for these nightlatches. If you turn it the incorrect way the nightlatch gets double locked and can only be unlocked when you are on the inside. If possible please gain entry through a different means and then immediately fit the handing plate.
Please take the nightlatch off the inside of the door, you should now see the tailbar coming from the back of the Keyless Connected.
Please use a correct credential on the lock and you should see the following happen:
If this is the case it is likely that the tailbar is not cut to the correct length for the nightlatch. Please check this against the nightlatch instructions.
Please cut the tailbar to 18mm using pliers.

To change the batteries on your Keyless Connected Smart Door lock, you will need to connect a 9-volt battery to the emergency power supply as shown in the images below.
Step 1: Please insert a 9v battery into the emergency battery terminal, located at the bottom of the device.
Step 2: Now enter your master code and press the star button. You will now be able to open your door.
This could be due to a couple of reasons below:
The product uses four alkaline AA batteries. The batteries will last for approximately 1 year, based on the lock being used 10 times a day. If linked with a home automation system, it can cause the batteries to deplete quicker.
