Introducing the new Yale Smart Cameras and Smart Video Doorbell

We are excited to introduce you to our new products from the new Smart Security Ecosystem: the Yale Smart Indoor Camera, Yale Smart Outdoor Camera, and Yale Smart Doorbell!

Featuring a sleek and elegant design without compromising on functionality, the new range of cameras and doorbell will seamlessly blend into any home, while also offering you advanced security and convenience at the touch of a button. Our Indoor and Outdoor Cameras are also award-winning, receiving one Red Dot award each, one of the most sought-after marks of quality for good design.

Part of the Yale Smart Security Ecosystem

As part of the Yale Smart Security Ecosystem, the smart cameras and video doorbell lineup connect with our other Yale smart devices, such as Yale Smart Locks, Smart Alarms, Smart Storage, and the Smart Gate and Garage Opener. This allows for additional product integrations and functionalities. For example, your gate can open automatically with your Smart Opener and the door unlocks with the Linus^® Smart Lock, thanks to auto-unlock. The door unlocking deactivates the alarm, while the detected motion triggers the smart camera to start recording, all for a connected and seamless experience.

Easy to install and operate, our new Smart Camera range and Smart Video Doorbell allow you to control and monitor your home security from the palm of your hand using the Yale Home app - no matter where you are.

Our new devices can also be controlled using voice commands as they can easily connect with leading voice assistants, as well as other smart home products. For example, you can ask your screen enabled voice assistant to show you who is at your doorstep, or check on your kids while you’re busy making dinner, without interruption.

For additional convenience, all of our new smart camera and doorbell products come with two-way audio talk, allowing you to hear and speak to the person on the other side. So if you ever need to communicate with your family or the delivery driver at your front door when you aren’t home, don’t worry! You can do so through the Yale Home app on your smartphone.

Thanks to built-in AI technology within the cameras and video doorbell, you can enable human detection and customisable zones & scheduling** at no additional cost. With customisable detection zones for both indoor and outdoor cameras, you can define specific areas you want your camera to cover, and exclude notification triggers from regular occurrences (such as your car pulling into the driveway in the evenings), using motion scheduling**. Other AI features like pet, package and vehicle detection, as well as Cloud Recording options, are all available to you in our subscription plan. *

The Smart Indoor Camera

Whether you're a devoted pet parent, a member of a busy family, or simply someone who wants to protect their home and precious belongings, the Smart Indoor Camera will be a perfect addition to your home security system. Imagine a 110° field of view and crisp 1080p HD footage, with the power to zoom in on areas that matter, motion-triggered recordings, the comfort of night vision, and notifications that always keep you in the loop.

For additional privacy and comfort within the home, the Smart Indoor Camera can be programmed to switch into privacy mode when you arrive. This mode can be activated when your Yale alarm system is deactivated, as part of the Yale Smart Security Ecosystem.

With its modern and minimalist aesthetic, combined with top of the line functionalities, the new Smart Indoor Camera has already earned the prestigious Red Dot design award, reaffirming its excellence in both form and function.

The Smart Outdoor Camera

The Smart Outdoor Camera will make sure your home, garden, and driveway are safe and sound, deterring any unwanted visitors and giving you a watchful eye whenever you need it. The camera offers a crisp 1080p HD image as well as a 154° field of view, to allow you to see your entire garden. Motion-triggered recordings, enhanced colour night vision, and a spotlight that can be triggered when motion is detected will also help to enhance outdoor security.

Want to keep an eye on your home while away? With the Yale Home app, you can gain access to live footage from anywhere and receive notifications in real time, while the possibility to record videos or capture images for review adds another level of security and peace of mind. As part of the Yale Smart Security Ecosystem, when the Smart Alarm sensor is triggered, the camera will start recording to ensure that you never miss a moment of the action should an incident occur.

Finally, the product offers two power solutions: you can choose between rechargeable batteries or a mains-wired powered source, so that the camera always stays connected. A variety of accessories can also be added, including a solar panel charger and an optional USB cable, to provide a wide variety of power options.

The Smart Video Doorbell

The Yale Smart Video Doorbell lets you see, hear and speak to visitors from anywhere, anytime. Easy to set up and use, the Video Doorbell provides you with live viewing and night vision for clear footage that can be viewed 24/7 on your smartphone using the Yale Home app. A 154° field of view ensures that you will be able to see your entire doorstep, while the ability to set a privacy zone means that you can exclude certain areas from view.

Never miss a visitor or delivery again thanks to detailed notifications in real-time whenever motion is detected, and a “call” once visitors press the doorbell. As part of the Yale Smart Security Ecosystem,you can also easily check who is at the door using the Yale Home app and if safe, unlock your door using a Yale Smart Lock to let them in.

Want to be sure you can always hear when your doorbell rings? The Smart Video Doorbell Chime, which also allows you to choose from 7 distinct and captivating Yale sounds, can be added. The Yale Doorbell is easy to set up and use and powered by a built-in rechargeable battery or as a wired-powered solution.
