What happens if I lock my keys in the safe or lose my keys?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to create a duplicate without having the key physically available.
We therefore recommend that you DO NOT keep your key inside the safe itself.
Can I make duplicates of my key having the original?
Value and Guest safes have a tubular type key that can be duplicated by presenting the original at any specialised key duplication centre. However, we suggest you contact the centre beforehand to confirm that they have the correct key blank available.

What if I forget my passcode?
The safe can be opened with the keys supplied, once opened the code can be re-set.

How will I know my value safe batteries need changing?
- VALUE safes - When entering a code, the red light will flash indicating that the batteries are low.
- GUEST safes – When entering a code, ‘Lo- bAT’ will display on the screen.
