Installation Policy

Terms & Conditions

  1. The installation service is available only for smart locks purchased from authorized dealers or the Yale Smart Shop in Malaysia.
  2. Customers must contact the Customer Service Hub to arrange for installation.
  3. Any cancellation or rescheduling of an installation appointment must be made at least 3 (three) working days in advance; else a penalty of RM100 will apply.
  4. For urgent installations scheduled on the same day, an additional charge of RM100 will be added to the installation fee.
  5. Installation appointments must be scheduled within 6 weeks from the date of purchase. Customers may purchase the smart lock in advance and schedule installation for a later date, but this will incur additional charges.
  6. If installation fails due to on-site environmental factors or a change of lock model, a fee of RM150 will be charged for "Arrive No Installation."
  7. In compliance with the "Environmental Noise Limits and Control" regulations from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Malaysia, installation is not permitted for noisy construction work between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM on weekdays, or at any time on general holidays.

  • AM: 9am – 1pm
  • PM: 1pm – 5pm

Saturday

  • AM: 9am – 1pm
