Installation Policy
Terms & Conditions
- The installation service is available only for smart locks purchased from authorized dealers or the Yale Smart Shop in Malaysia.
- Customers must contact the Customer Service Hub to arrange for installation.
- Any cancellation or rescheduling of an installation appointment must be made at least 3 (three) working days in advance; else a penalty of RM100 will apply.
- For urgent installations scheduled on the same day, an additional charge of RM100 will be added to the installation fee.
- Installation appointments must be scheduled within 6 weeks from the date of purchase. Customers may purchase the smart lock in advance and schedule installation for a later date, but this will incur additional charges.
- If installation fails due to on-site environmental factors or a change of lock model, a fee of RM150 will be charged for "Arrive No Installation."
- In compliance with the "Environmental Noise Limits and Control" regulations from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Malaysia, installation is not permitted for noisy construction work between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM on weekdays, or at any time on general holidays.

- PM: 1pm – 5pm
Saturday
- AM: 9am – 1pm
