We are excited to announce the release of the newest addition to our Yale Smart Security Ecosystem, the Yale ConnectX Wi-Fi Bridge. Meet the next generation of the Yale Connect Wi-Fi Bridge! Our new Yale ConnectX Wi-Fi Bridge offers easy installation, to ensure that you can simply plug your device in and be up and running in minutes.  

Designed to work with our Yale Smart Locks, Smart Safe, Smart Cabinet Lock, and Smart Gate and Garage Opener, the ConnectX Wi-Fi Bridge allows you to control your Smart Security Ecosystem from anywhere, within the Yale Home app. On top of all this, you can also enjoy seamless integration with leading voice assistants such as Google Home and Amazon Alexa. 

Advanced Features for Ultimate Convenience 

So what’s new in this new and improved device? The ConnectX can connect up to 4 devices to a single bridge, helping you to save money and provide you with more simple, centralised control of all your smart devices.

Despite this, the device uses 24% less operational power compared to previous Wi-Fi Bridge and provides a stronger Wi-Fi range of up to approximately 20 m and Bluetooth of up to approx. 10 m compared to the previous generation! As a bonus, you can also extend the battery life of your Linus® L2 device by connecting it to the Wi-Fi bridge.    

Connect your Yale devices to the new bridge to unlock additional features and functionalities, including remote access and instant alerts within the Yale Home app. Ideal for frequent travellers, you can lock, unlock and check the status of your smart locks and other smart devices remotely with the Yale Home app, giving you complete control over your home no matter where you are in the world. 

Effortlessly share virtual keys and manage access permissions remotely with just a few taps in the Yale Home app. Looking for an easy way to stay informed of your home access and keep an eye on when the kids return home from school? With the ConnectX Wi-Fi Bridge, you can enjoy a 24/7 activity feed and receive real-time updates on any interactions with your smart devices for a clear picture of who accesses your home and when at all times.

    From your smartphone, instantly share access with your guest remotely, check your lock’s status any time, and enjoy more peace of mind with instant alerts every time someone locks or unlocks your door and other devices from the Smart Security Ecosystem. Link up to 4 Yale smart devices to a single ConnectX Wi-Fi Bridge for centralised control.

    Your Yale smart devices can be within approximately 10 meters of the bridge using Bluetooth, and the ConnectX bridge can be located approximately 20 meters range from the Wi-Fi router. Power consumption is 24% lower compared to the Connect Wi-Fi Bridge, while still allowing connection of up to 4 devices instead of just 1.

    An accessory to the Yale Smart Locks, as well as the Yale Smart Safe, Yale Smart Cabinet Lock, Linus® Smart Lock L1 and Smart Openers. You can also connect your Linus® Smart Lock L2: this way the battery charge of your Smart Lock will last longer than when it is connected directly to the router via Wi-Fi.. All are accessible through the Yale Home app, providing a unified smart home experience where all your devices work together.
