I can’t access my safe as the batteries have gone flat
The keypad flashes 3, 2, 1. What does this mean?
You have been locked out due to entering an incorrect PIN code. Please wait until the three-minute countdown has expired and then re-enter the correct PIN code. If the batteries are flat, then you would need to hold the +9V battery on to the terminals whilst the display counts down from 3,2,1.
How do I set the PIN code on my Fire Safe?
Press the programming button inside the safe, near the battery compartment. Type in your new code which can be between 4-12 digits. Then, press the programming button to complete.
