For Products bought from a local retailer, any exchange must be handled directly by the seller. ASSA ABLOY will provide repair services wherever possible.
Changes if the products is in warranty
For Digital Products- Visit charges are free if the product is in warranty. Physical damage, lost keys, re-demo, colour finish issues are not covered under warranty.
For Mechcanical Products- Visit charges are applicable irrespective of the warratny. Any repair/ reaplcement will be carried out free of cost upon sharing a valid invoice.
