    Yes, as long as you have purchased the Yale Access Wi-Fi Connect Bridge, you can use your cabinet lock with all 3 voice assistants; Siri, Google Assistant and Alexa.

  • How many users can I share access with?

    You can share access to your cabinet lock to an unlimited number of people.

  • Why is my cabinet/drawer always locked when I close the cabinet/drawer?

    The automatic relock feature is turned on by default. This means, every time you close your cabinet/drawer the cabinet/drawer is locked. You can turn this feature off from the Yale Home App. Note, if you turn this feature off, the only way to lock the cabinet lock will be from the Yale Home App.

  • What is the button on the top of the Yale Smart Cabinet Lock used for?

    The button on the top of the cabinet lock glows in the dark and unlocks the cabinet lock. This can be used as an emergency escape, in case a small child locks themselves inside a cabinet.

  • Apple Watch and Yale Home

    If you have an Apple Watch and a Yale Smart Access product used with Wi-Fi and the Yale Home app, you can use your Apple Watch to lock and unlock. Open the Yale Home App on the device. Tap the green lock circle to unlock the door. Conversely, tap the red lock circle to lock it again. You must be the Owner to operate the Yale Home app with an Apple Watch.
